Bead Liner Instructions

1. Determine what size liner and forming dies to use and then cut liner 2mm longer than bead width.(Liner size should match forming die size).


2. Insert dies into lining tool.


3. Unscrew hand wheel until die contacts movable block.


4. Position liner into bead and then place both bead and liner onto the stationary bead liner tool.


5. Slide movable side (hand wheel side) up to the bead with liner installed with forming die going slightly into bead liner.


6. Secure movable side with hand wheel by tightening small movable knob. (Make sure that knob is inserted into dimple nest before tightening.)


7. Slowly turn hand wheel until bead liner has been formed. (Make sure bead can ALWAYS turn freely during lining process to avoid breaking bead.)


8. Unscrew large had wheel and remove finished lined bead.

TIPS:
-Must be 2mm longer than bead width.
-Bead must ALWAYS turn freely during lining process.
-Make sure that small hand knob(pm front of liner) is in position and secured into dimple nest.
