To return an item for a full refund (minus shipping), we must receive notification within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us via e-mail or by phone. You will need a copy of your packing slip, purchaser/bill to information and the date shipped (which will be on your slip). If you are returning an item purchased on a credit card, it will be credited back to that card. If you are requesting a replacement item, it will ship 24 hours after receipt of returned item.

Checks should be made payable to Retro Glass Tools, no starter checks. Buyers name, street address (no P.O. Box) and a daytime phone must be imprinted on check. If not, please hand-print this information in the upper left hand corner and initial any alterations. You will also need to include your driver license number and date of birth on your check. All checks retuned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a $30.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law.

Shipping and handling charges will vary to other countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders are processed by RGT, Harrisonville, Missouri.
